What type of things do you guys do to keep winter lifting fun? It gets to be a grind quick for the players.

We run a class where we do Stations, like a "Power Course" We get some decent music going (borrow some of less offensive stuff from the kids) and we have them go lighter weight, but have a coach/senior at each station, or group of stations, watching their form. They then go for three minutes at each station, trying to keep a steady, controlled pace. Tires them out, and improves their endurance dramatically, but they have fun egging each other on too. Have two different cardio stations, and a couple of different plyometrics stations as well. If you don't have balls, or stretchy cords, have them doing sit-ups/crunches, or jumping jacks etc. We usually give them thirty seconds (HC with a stop watch) between stations to get their weights adjusted etc.
