We run a Double slot Flexbone with many different looks and backfield set ups. I put up a few highlights of our scrimmage www.hilliarddavidson.com/Movie2.wmvAny comments would be fine, I mostly stayed unballanced as they did not adjust. we had a lot more offense and actually threw a 72 yard TD pass but my camera man (injured kid) only got 10 minutes of the scrim. I think you will like my "Freeze Sneak" www.HilliardDavidson.com

Weidner- Looks good, other than the music being a bit over the top for me, it was well done. Yeah, the sneak going for forty yards was nice. The one thing I did notice was your QB (in the ten minutes we saw here) did not give to the FB much, was this by design or are you running a double off the fake? Not that much looked open inside, and your QB did a great job running the ball, no doubt. With your kicker, two things. First, he has happy feet, he shifted them like three times after he got set up for his kick. Second, his head came up WAY early. Tie his helmet down with the strings on his pads if you have to... this may help with the missed XP. All in all nice look to it all. Toss plays seemed to work pretty well for you as well as your option sets. This is a similar system to what I am looking to run next year. Let us know how it goes.

Yea, the first two were midline and they pinched the whole game, this is why I moved to the unbalanced set and ran the outside veer, the outside veer I can not see if the fb had a shot or not, Midline was a double, the OV was a triple byt my slot was in bad pitch relationship. Good Info on the kicker.
