Straight "T" Formation

This is kind of an old formation, but our kids love it. ;D
We put our big guys to the left and our quick to the left. We usually have the FB, TB, Slot (from left to right) in the backfield.
Any suggestions on option from this?
I am curious about midline in this formation.
