need diagram of a Follow

Wondering if any of you coaches would post a diagram of how you would run and block a follow from split backs. We run one off our midline from the I but don't have one from splits. Would you run it off ISV? (some coaches I know say they run a midline from splits but I have yet to see the difference between that and ISV )
