Coaches, especially those who know how Carson-Newman does this, what is the footwork for the Quarterback and Fullback on midline from split backs. I await your responses.

Okay, first, they still use the point-read method... no ride and decide. the QB steps back with his playside foot and then point the ball at the read - his angle is such that he is point on a path that would take him into the LOS, not parallel to it.
The HB steps in and up towards the ps foot of the center... after he runs thru where the outside foot of the center was, he is to bend back off the butts of the psG and psOT... much like he is supposed to do on ISV - get into the veer lane. It's just squeezed in tighter initially.
If the QB had to pull, he is to step around the collision and get upfield (always coach him not to "jump the hump" or bow back into the backfield- even thought in practice he may have to do so at times.
