We would go with inside veer to this look. Technically, we run IV to an uncovered guard, but if the DT is indeed an inside shade, this works. Tackle will inside release and block playside inside backer (we face 4-4 almost exclusively) and the playside guard and center will combo block the 2i to backside inside backer. Offside guard and tackle will combo the three tech. 5 tech will be pull read, outside backer pitch/keep read.

We run OSV out of split backs to the SE side against a 4-4, if the DT is in a 2 and IsLB is stacked.behind.we combo the DT and LB with ps guard/tackle.We read the 5(DE) and option the OsLB. Stalk the corner with SE. When the DT moves to a 3 tech, then we go to inside veer. We also like the load option to that side (from split or I backs).we would block the 2i with the PSG. The PST would go to Ps ISLB. We read the DE and load the OSLB with the fullback. We stock corner with SE. I know most teams will load or log the DE with the FB but we like to it the other way. We usually get a pitch read and it has been pretty good to us.

Inside Veer The guard bases the 2i, the tackle veer releases to the inside linebacker. The center steps playside and picks up the backside linebacker. The 5 becomes the read key and the next defender past him becomes the pitch key.
